Default fuel psi regulator

hi my 99 Z turbo project is almost done but I have a question on the fuel rail and regulator @ 8-10 psi with 42 lb injectors, will I need a new aftermarket regulator and can I keep my stok fuel rail

You need a boost referenced regulator to do it right, they are not real expensive either.

Yes many of the sponsors on here have them, got mine from Thunder but ls1speed has also been helpful in the past.

I just talked to a guy from thunder and he said I coudent just put a boost referenced regulater on stock rail's with stocks fuel sytem.I toled him it's not all stock. but he said on a LS1 it all hast to be changed.

you need to do a fuel pressure return setup which involves a return to the tank and a regulator plus line and fittings
basically run off the shrader valve on the fuel rail to the regulator then the other port on the reg to the tank

damn all that work.wats the limit on the stock regulator?i mean bboy runs 60lbs inj and make almost 500rwhp i mean thats more then enough for me.

I AM NOT running the stock regulator, though...

60#-ers, Walbro pump, and FP regulator... Stock everything else fuel-related though... For the time-being... This winter I'll complete what I started.

wat fp regulator do u have bboy?did u have to run a line to back exc?also did they have the speedstyle hangout this week?
