Default fuel return line

If I'm running new rails and an aeromotive regulator up front with a return line, can I use the vapor line as a return line back into the gas tank? If not, how do people generally return the fuel back to the tank?

If the vapor line is big enough in diameter... But thats if its safe for raw fuel to be in that vapor line.
Also, you'd then need to somehow vent the tank with another hose and check valve.

i think most people either upgrade fuel line size so then they use the stock one for return or run a new line jus for return

If they actually run a new line, How do the actually get it into the tank? Do they go with a metal tank and weld a bung into the tank? Thanks

I can set you up with all the fittings needed to get a return line back to the tank. Give me a call I can explain it further.

I used a -6an braided line for my return... And since all my pump stuff was removed from the sending unit, I clamped the -6an line right to the old 'outlet' tube. Which just required me to take that plastic retainer clip off the hard line so my hose could go on far enough.
