Default Popping with Flames....

Wasn't sure to put this under fueling or PCM. Anyway, have enabled DFCO, fuel injectors go to about 0.4ms. Timing goes to about 4 degrees approx in DFCO. Anyway, occasionally I get a flame popping out the back, infact one guy almost jumped in a hedge as he thought someone was shooting at him.

I dont mind the odd flame popping out, has burnt the bumper a few times. but my question is, will this do any harm, not sure if the flame starts at the front it is just near the back, is it likely to damage the O2's? i have no cats. WB is permantly in the exhaust so dont want to knacker it.

I think I have a slight exhaust leack after the y-pipe, perhaps this helps the flame. I dont know, I quite like the effect but just wondering on long term damage.

You are sucking in air from somewhere in the system. Fix the exhaust leak and it will probably stop doing it.
