Default Need help with fuel setup

I will be running nasty rails and boost a pump on my car and was wondering what FPR to run with my setup? Dumb question, but you do need some type of regulator when going to these rails right? Also How do you remove the stock regulator in the tank that I have heard people talk about?
Im not very educated on fuel so I kind of need to be walked through this (theres a first for everything). Do you think this will be ok for now then upgrade the feed line when I get the FMIC. I made 560rwhp and started to run out of fuel with just the racetronics 255 and hot wire kit.
Thanks

lets see here...

regulator can be any of your choice...aeromotive is what most peeps run i think. make sure its adjustable and is a 1:1 regulator.

when u replaced your fuel pump there was that other tube sticking down..that is the return line with the regulator attached to it.. just remove that whole piece and clamp on a hose the same length so the returned fuel doesnt just dribble into the tank.

the new adjustable regulator might help with your fuel problems..or it might be time to upgrade to dual intank 255;s

you can either leave your fuel pressure at 58psi base...or move it to 43.5psi

you didnt mention you injector size...moto 60's would be good now if u dont have them

Thanks for answering my questions. yes I have the motron 60's, and I hope that the rails, regulator, and BAP will help with my fueling. I run out at about 6200rpm's and with my 3.90's in the rear I hit the rev limiter before I get to the end of the track. Im hoping to trap a bit higher than 121.
Any other suggestions?
