run on 30# no tune?

run on 30# no tune? putting in 30# inj. with H/C+headers and ls6 intake. Can I start it up in the garage and stuff with out a tune? Will I foal out the plugs? No cats to worry about.
Just want to make sure everything is buttoned down and maybe switch storage locations.
If yes to running on 30's and the guy can't base tune at my house can I drive it to the dyno?

since injectors are easy to install.. wait till you get to the dyno to install them..
you'll get it to start.. but its going to instantly die.. way too rich.. if you leave it like that for too long.. you run the risk of washing out your rings.. plus you're eyes are going to burn from all the fumes..
i made that mistake with my old LT1.. dont do it..
