Default Corvette Regulator HP question

I am doing a conversion it will have stock short block with afr 205 heads, G5X3 cam, LS6 intake and long tube headers. I have a Walbro 255 in tank pump. For ease of set-up I was thinking about running the 99+ vette regulator/filter. Will this supply enough fuel for this set-up? How about if I add a 150 shot of nitrous?

Please give me a call. I have done this swap and have a part that you can use without changing the rails and lines.
