FI fuel line selection
I need your guys opinion.... I'm getting everything together for my fuel system and want to run an Eliminator or something equivalent...My question is more of the line size...I'm wanting to run 2 8A/N lines to a Y block to a 10A/N line out...Is this too big or would you go with 2 6A/N to an 8A/N??? I'm shooting for 750rwhp... thanks for the input...I'm asking here because the fuel needs for FI is a lot greater and you guys probably have quite a bit more experience...

To put it too you like this, not saying im an expert, but according to Nate at Nasty Performance, for his Stage 1 Race/Street Kit rated up too 1000hp (800rwhp) he has -8 braided stainless feed fuel line and -6 braided stainless return fuel line. There was someone running 900rwhp, dont remember who, that is running the -10 braided stainless feed fuel line and -6 braided stainless return fuel line no problem, do a search on His fuel systems in the Fuel Forum and you will see.

I am going through what you are and went ahead and purchased his full Stage 2 Race/Street kit rated at 1400rwhp with the -10 braided stainless feed fuel line and the -6 braided stainless return fuel line. I dont think you can go too big?

By the way man theres been some good things said about the MagnaFuel 4303 fuel pump which is rated at well lets just say more than you and i will be running for horsepower and is extremely streetable, extremely quiet considering the power potential and you only need to run one pump, the quietest out of all the others rated at that power, and is proven. That sold me.

You don't need a -10 for 7-800rwhp.
We run -8 feed's for 1000rwhp with no fuel issues at all.
Now the pumps. Aeromotives are loud as hell and overheat.
The best setup we've found for 600-1000rwhp is
2- Weldon 420's. 1 runs all the time,2nd is boost activated.-quiet as stock and very reliable.
-8 feed line split at the rails to 2 -8's
off rails with -6's to regulator
-6 return line to tank.
