Low fuel pressure please help!

Low fuel pressure please help! All modes in sig. Im running a walbro inline 255. I put a fuel pressure gauge in a couple month ago.
It would always stay at 64-64ps1 and 61 on spray. One day it just dropped to about 45-50psi on street and 50-58 on the highway.
When at wot it drops about 5-8ps1.
I replaced the inline pump, the relay and the filter and nothing. No kinks in lines. What could this be????

I cleaned up the ground and it checked out fine with my volt meter. Im going to check the connection on the bad of the alternator. Some times i can hear the pump running and then it will cut out for a couple seconds and come back on. What type of pressure should i expect to see with the inline walbro 255?
Ah, it's an inline. Wonder if the intank pump is working. Take the inline pump out of the line entirely, see how it does just on the intank. Obviously, I wouldn't do that on spray, just for testing. Then try to find out what current draw on the inline ought to be at a given voltage and pressure, see if it's drawing too much. I'd bet on the intank working ok and trying to push through the dead inline.
