Is 71 psi to high?

Is 71 psi to high? I installed a racetronics fuel pump and hot wire kit in my car and my fuel guage shows 71psi and when theres load (full throttle it goes down to about 60psi, is this ok? I have aftermarket fuel rails also, and will be installing a BAP cause I went lean in the upper rpms.

You know Im not really sure on the duty cycle. Tuning is the one thing I havent done myself on this car. I have been reading to learn how but I dont think its a good idea messing with a blowen car, maybe I should start with a stock one or heads/cammed one first. Im sure the duty cycle was high though cause I remember the tunner having some issues with it going lean up top.
