Looks to be an inexpensive voltage booster for a fuel pump. Its right next to the hot wire kit. Call the v-plus voltage booster. Thinking of using this with a racetronix plug and play for a budget 600wrhp fuel setup,

Not to slight Speedinc but its only a couple volts, I just took mine off and threw it away because I didn't want to try to sell it. I'm going with a totaly new system. I think its sort of lame. If you want something like that just spend the money and go with the bap. Or a second intank, talk to Jake at EPP its cheaper than you think, cheaper than the bap, I believe.
