HELP! What the hell is this?

I need help figuring this out... I have an idea of where all the lines go off the tank except this one...I dont remember where it came off of and it is an extra line that is connected to the tank???

And if anyone knows where the two lines in the backround of the picture connect in relation to the tank that would also help.

Problem solved.. mounts to the brake bracket... thats all
