Fuel Pump Location on a 98
Fuel Pump Location on a 98 Is it the same as an LT1? I want to cut an access door, but I'm not liking the idea of blind chopping, and apparently in my searches here no one has ever swapped a fuel pump on a 98.
I cut my trap door when the tank was out but it is just in front of where the T-tops go and dead in the middle. I had to cut out about 12" wide and 16" long and had about a 2" turn down lip into the T-top well.
I hopes this helps. I will say when the tank was installed back it that it was very close to the bottom of the sheet metal. I would be very very careful.
