Default Injector Misfire ?

Just completed AFR 205 / 228-228 lsa 114 cam build on stock LS1. Only upgrade being LT Headers & Dual exhaust. Installer/Tuner recomended upgrade of stock injectors to 30 lb svo ford injectors. Stock injectors were being pushed to 115% of capacity.During post build tune, SSF 3500 stall torque converter behaved erratically, locking & unlocking during dyno tune load. Dyno'd at 410 rwhp at which time tuner backed off not wanting to push converter any harder.

Driving car home after build, hit wot and ses P0305 / cylinder 5 misfire flashed. Stopped, checked fit on wires which were ok and drove off, ses light went out. Again hit wot and ses P0305 lit back up, not flashing. During both wot runs, I could feel converter screwing up and needless to say at higher rpms, engine was cutting out and running like crap.

Having learned that a misfire is the likely cause of torque converter acting erratically, I have swapped out plug, swapped out wire and switched coil from another cylinder. None of these measures resolved misfire code or car from misfiring badly.

Has the undersized injector failed and causing the misfire?
