Fuel system questions..
Wondering what some of you have safely pushed thro for power on racetronix pump,60 pound injectors and maybe msd or kenn bell boost a pump?
Is this combo enough for say 800rwhp?
I am also looking at nasty perf fuel setup with custom tank and big lines and big external pump and big rails. Are the stock rails a bad restriction on the ls1 car?
I was thinking maybe just do the racetronix and boost a pump now and then go to big fuel system a bit later on if find actually do need it.
How high fuel pressure will those mototron 60 pounders take before having problems?

No way will this get you to 800 rwhp!
The system we used on this T/A is what I would recommend.

Here is a listing of the parts used.

I have seen 900rwhp on 60# injectors. Remember the 60's flow approx 63# at 43.5psi & approx 74# at 60psi. This is very high in duty cycle (near 100%), but it is possible, though not recommended.
Figure .55#/hr per HP per injector.
A single 255 with BAP has gone over 700rwhp, but I do not recommend that either.
Do it right the first time, as engine repairs usually accompany a high rpm leanout.
