Need Help! Weird Why would my 00 trans am shut off at high rpms, doesnt matter if im in park reving it, or in Drive at wot, it seems when it get to high rpms it just chokes. No problem at starting or idle or even low rpms.

Would that cause it to turn off if im racing the car cuz thats what it does my car just chokes off at high rpms, but it never did it b4 , it just started doing this about amonth ago

At about 4500 to 5000 changed fuel filter about 8 months ago. Wires and spark plugs about 4 months old, maf seems to be clean, i have a k&n filter clean and refilled it about 5 months ago. I dont know im guessing maybe my fuel pump, i need to buy a press. gauge to keep a eye on it to see if it fluctuates
