Are Mototron 60 lbers too big for an Ls2 402 build that may produce 500-530 rwhp? Will the 60 lbers work with a stock ls1 fuel rail?

 

I'm running a racetronix fuel kit in the 402

 

They will work ok in your application, but are not necessary unless you plan to make more power in the future. You may sacrifice a slight amount of mileage & drivability, but you should not have any problems if properly tuned.

If you are not planning on adding a few hundred more HP & have not purchased them yet, then consider a smaller size.
