Fuel Pump Bucket lm fixing my fuel pump busted venturi valve. have a question regarding the fill bucket. When I prime my system the entire bucket fills with fuel... up to where the electrical connector connects to the pump. When I originally took out the bucket, this area of the bucket was dry... any thoughts? the pump works, and the car runs, my only concern is all the fuel that is sitting on top of the pump by the electrical connectors. Don't want my car to blow up!
