Default Question about PE and flow rate???

Ok I installed my ATI Procharger P-1SC, and I have done some Ltrim logs. I see that some of the numbers are positive, mostly from -1 to 4.5(the higher #'s are when it's hot and idling?), and in one cell, all the way to 9, but that was the only one. I have changed my PE to 65% from the stock 90% before running these logs. I was getting minimal KR, even at spirited driving. As a matter of fact, I am getting the same, or less KR now that the blower is on(maybe 3-5(I did see 7 once) degrees max).
Should I change any settings in Edit to add fuel since I am running to where it's adding fuel, to be stoich?
Is the injector flow rate table what get's changed?
Pulse rate?
Is changing the PE to 65% instead of 90% going to cause me to go lean?

I have ordered some 42 Lb RC injectors for it, but I don't wanna blow it up till they get here.
I already have a tune # for the larger injectors(flow rate table changed)

The PE table is for WOT only (but WOT depends on pressure, TPS, etc). You want bigger numbers in there for more fuel, its a multiplier. You can actually determine the commanded AFR in there by looking at the F/A ratio at stoich. At idle and when you are cruising around you want to be at stoich. You can tweak the injector flow rate table at the lower level to get closer at cruise. You want to stay just slightly negative at idle. Make sure you get on a dyno with wideband and get it tweaked.

I see, so if you are close at part throttle/cruise to stoich( 0 or near ) then the PE will add necessary fuel at PE ro WOT?
I can't even get on a dyno for over a week, so I am going to do some Atap logs, and see where I am at now. I put the new injectors in today.
They are SDM 370's from RC Engineering. I think they are rated at 42 lbs w/ 50-60 psi fuel pressure. It is acting like it's rich, surging a little.
I also took off my FMU that ATI provided that boosts the fuel pressure since I have the bigger injectors on. I hope it's ok till I get it on the wideband here. I think there is only one in town, and they are swamped already. Thanks, and I will check back with some Ltrims in a while. Sam
