Default How to plumb a return line?

Does anyone know how to plumb a return line using the stock f-body rails while keeping the evap line functional?

Pics would help, how does it connect to the sending unit?

Are you trying to run a 3 port Fuel Pressure Regulator or 2 port Fuel Pressure regulator? If you use a 3 port fuel pressure regulator, there is a fuel return line on the unit so you don't have to tap the fuel rail.

If you're running a 2 port fuel rail, you will either need to tap the fuel rail end or take off the schrader valve and connect a 4an SS line to the inlet port on the pressure regulator. Then you connect a return line from the outlet port of the FPR to the fuel tank.

Well I guess I haven't decided that just yet. Which would you recommend? I plan to use my stock fuel rails and run a return line to the tank. However, I don't want to use my EVAP line as a return. I plan to run a bigger feed line and use the stock feed line as the return.

My other question is how do you attach the return line to the top of the tank?
