fuel injector size?
fuel injector size? im making 450rwhp on n/a setup then 600rwhp on no2 i have the stock 28lb injectors and rails with a racetronix fuel system. by the end of this summer i will have the 383, ported vengeance fast 90 intake and NW TB, and trick flow 215 heads and on this new setup i plan on having the same 150hp shot of no2. what size injectors do i need? and what is the best fuel rails out right now?
Well being you are running 600 RWHP on 28 lb injectors I'm guessing you have a wet kit.
Injector Size = (Crank HP * BSFC) / # of Injectors
With your new setup you will probably make around 520 RWHP (just my experience)
520 RWHP is ~600 at the crank (520 / 0.85)
Injector Size = (600 * 0.55) / 8
Injector Size = 42.05
SVO 42lb injectors will work fine.

a car almost to the exact same engine configuration but i have a bigger cam is making 580 to the wheel so im guessing since i have alot bigger cam then his i would prob. think i would make at least 600 to the wheel do you think at 600rwhp all motor i should use 50lb or 60lb injectors?
