car not starting!

car not starting! first off i went out to my 2000 TA and it doesnt want to start today for some odd reason. the engine will turn over and over but never will it fire up. so i think it may be a bad fuelpump because for one i dont hear it, and two i started it earlier today, and while cranking it up, it started bogging down. so tell me what you guys think, have any of all had this problem before on your ls1? thanks for any help!
