Default Will I need a new tune????

I will be buying Lonnie’s double pump setup with regulator and lines soon and was wondering if I will need a new tune?? My current setup consists of an msd BAP and racetronics hot wire with a walboro 340 fuel pump and factory regulator in the bucket. I will install the fuel system myself, but was wondering if I will need a new tune. The shop I will have to take it to if I need a new tune is approximately 5-6 hours out. So do you guys think it will be safe for me to drive it out that far with the tune I have now or should I trailer it out their?? Any help always appreciated.

If all you're changing is pumps you don't need a retune unless you had a bad tune to begin with or the original tune was on a bad pump with very low fuel pressure.

Well, I'm going with a front fuel pressure regulator instead of the factory bucket one and fuel lines. I guess my new setup will be boost referenced, so its a little diffrent. Do you think I could still get away with driving it about 5-6 hours if I need a new tune???

you will be fine to drive it that far... just keep the vacuum reference unhooked on regulator until time for the tune and set the regulator at 58psi. That will need a flat IFR table rather than the slope you have now.
