Default Fuel setup

I am getting a metal 98 tank for my car. Should i sump the tank and run 2 external bosch 044's or should i run 2 intank bosch 044? Im leading more towards them in the tank. I want reasons for your choices.
By the way this is for a turbo car that sees almost 100% street duty. Its basically a daily driver.
Thanks for the help in advance

Either way you feel comfortable getting the pumps situated correctly.
