Up for a fuel system challenge??? - Experience Required

Here's what I am working with:
2001 Covette LS1 & ECM (stock w/ returnless fuel rails)
1994 Caprice/Impala Fuel Tank (LT1 w/ fuel return)
The tank physically fits good in the car & would like to keep it. The Vette used 2 saddle tanks with a primary fuel pump (I assume with internal regulator/return), a transfer pump (equalize tanks) & tank air pressure sensors. I haven't opened up the Caprice tank yet to see if it has the "well can" around the fuel pump like the F-bodies so the pump doesn't starve. I would like to maintain a in-tank pump if possible.
1) Is there a single in-tank pump that can support 600hp?
2) Is a BAP needed?
3) What size fuel line?
4) Do I need to convert to a return style rail?
5) Can I trick/tune the Vette tank air pressure signal or do I need a pressure sensor?
6) Can I trick/tune the Vette transfer pump signal so I don't get codes (I must keep Vette ECM)?
7) Any other advise?
Thanks in advance for your help!!!
1)Yes a single walbro 255 can keep up good for about 550-600rwhp
2) May help once you get the turbo setup
3) -6 will be sufficent
4) no but it is a good idea will handle the power better
5) Yes you can "T" in a vacuum line in the vent hose and add the sensor or tune it out
6) Yes
7) give me a call I will spec a fuel system out for your needs.
