Idle problem, when coming to lights
Idle problem, when coming to lights My rpms dip hard sometimes making the car stutter and drop to 3-400 rpms than recover and idle high? what could this be? Fuel injectors? It happens randomly but usually occurs after the car is turned off and say i go into a gas station come out and leave than i get to a stop sign.
I see you are stock with a swapped/ported TB... Try this:
have someone hold the gas pedal to the floor to make it easier to reach, and turn the t15 set screw in the TB that sets the gap on the blade when closed about a half a turn. With the key off, uplug the TPS cable on the other side of the TB (not the IAC) and turn the key to run and wait for the "dings" to stop, and turn the key off. Now plug the TPS cable gack in. It will reset to 0% TPS at next key-on by doing this. The extra air down low is prolly what it needs.
