Default Fuel pump suggestions...

In the process of installing a forged 402 that should be putting out high 600's to the wheel.

I have a walbro and a BAP. Think this is pushing the limits of it?

If so what are my options besides converting to return style?

I ran a Walbro, BAP and a regulator at the filter to 620rwhp,,,but it was pushing it (auto trans).

Don't skimp on something so important and will be used later as you push the power higher (and we all do).

At the very least, add a front mount FPR (like a Weldon) with a return line and use 60lb Mototrons...that should get you by....you can add a second Walbro later when you push more power...plus you can do it safely.

Twin intake walbro's or a single magnafuel. Since I'm using a fuel cell, I'm using the single inline 4302 magnafuel.

MIGHTYMOUSE has a great write up on DIY dual in tank 255 Walbros. Something to consider... either way check it out

You will defiantly need dual pumps single will be at its limits. Do not want to risk that new motor to lack of fuel. Just the dual Walbro setup is rec. for power to about 750rwhp. After that I rec. adding new lines and front mounted reg.

I can't find a how-to or really any kinda walkthrough on how to do a dual intank setup.

I tried to search but probably didn't word it right....

Can anyone help?
