please anybody with any insight......I"d rather know now than deal with it later.

 

I've done 3 Walbro installs now on different cars. On mine the reg took a dump and I was pushing over 70psi all the time. I finally did a return style set-up with an adj reg. On the other 2 cars they are still hanging around stock pressure after 6 months. I think it is hit or miss. Not the answer you wanted to hear but it's been my experience so far.

 

mine was alright with the walbro.
now going to a doual intank and external regulator.

the stock regulator "should" be ok
