Default FPR location 99 FRC...

Does anybody know if there is another fuel pressure regulator besides the one on the rail for a '99 FRC vette? We are getting a reading of 75 psi at the rails with a racetronix kit and hotwire assembly installed and was wondering where else to look for another fuel pressure regulator.

So those are the only 2? Never heard of the filter actually regulating the pressure. Thats interesting.
