Default pro charging fuel pump question

I am doing a custom install of a procharger onto an LS1 in a 2nd gen camaro, and after reading the installation instructions for a 99 camaro kit i am wondering if instead of using the additional external fuel pump, can I just change the internal tank pump to meet the demand? I don't know what the stock flow rates are, but I do know that the external 'boost pump' is rated at 240 LPH @ 42 PSI, and that procharger says that this pump in addition to the stocker brings pressures up to 100 PSI plus.
I haven't built my fuel tank yet, but am inclined to use an in tank setup to avoid the noise of an external pump. Anybody have any ideas on this?

here's a link to the build...

I run a 255 lph in tank pump along with a Kenne Bell boost a pump. That has done the job for a few years now.

You are right a second or bigger internal pump is WAY better than a second inline pump. You may gain pressure but will never gain any volume just can not pull fuel through the single intank pump. We are working on some tanks with big internal pumps built in. Give me a call for more info.

try to talk to this guy he might help..

http://www.lonniesperformance.com/

If your planning on over 500whp you better do a duel intank system with some 60lb injectors. But if i had money and could do it right i would do lonnies duel intank 255s with his kit and some 85lb injectors with the AEM converter. But if your just going with 7-8 lb of boost get the racetronix kit.

Its what i have and it works fine.. Easy install and its cheap.
