Default How to replace injectors- do I need to grease the o-rings?

I have the intake off and the fuel rail off. How do I get them off the rail? I removed the clip. I figure I need more force. When I replace them do I use a little grease on the o-rings?

Thanks,
Bill

After removing the clip, just twist & pull.

When replacing them, a little silicone grease or Vaseline on both o-rings makes it much easier.

A little oil helps the o-rings slide in easier and not roll on you.
