Toloulene how many have used it?
I have played with it! I have about 3 gallons left in a 5 gallon can in my garage. It is not really necessary unless you have high compression. 11.7+
I mixed it 1 gallon to 10 gallons of 93 octane. That would bring it up to around 95 octane. I really could not tell any difference in my car at the time, I had an LS1 with heads/cam, but I didn't do any real testing either.
It is rather expensive now.

i've used it periodically in my nissan 300zxtt at around 16 psi. normally burn 93 octane but when i dynoed i loaded up with around 30% toloulene. worked well although again i have not used it "regularly" in a daily driver. with my ls1 i switched to e85. better alternative for me in the midwest.
