Default Loading and Lunging

I have had an issue for the past year and a half that comes and goes. My bird will lunge and load up with fuel and sputter until i can get into it. i have changed the plugs, wires, fuel filter, pump, and o2 sensors. the issue occurs only after restarting my car after itr has sat for a moment, or idles too long. also, it seems to happen more in the rain. any ideas? the mechanics i've taken it to have told me o2 sensors but they only helped for a week. i have removed my cats, AIR, and EGR valves. I am getting ready to re ring, cam, and head work along with a tune. will that help? Please help!!!!!!!!!!

how about get it checked out from a tuner... have them check all your idle airflow values and everything. then have them re-tune it. unless you have absolutely beat the crap out of your motor it makes no sense to RE-DO any of what you said
