Fuel Pressure Regulator?

Fuel Pressure Regulator? Hey,
I'm sitting up my car with a dual in tank 255, -8 feed, stock line return (-6), already have Edelbrock rails (came with the Vic. Jr.)......
Setup is a turbo 346. Regulator will be after the rails....Now for the couple questions.
Do I need a regulator with a boost ratio of 1:1? or greater?
Also, I will be running either 65 or 72# injectors, and intend on making about 700 RWHP (through a glide and a 9").
Which regulator would you recommend? Magnafuel? Aeromotive? Mallory? Any specific part #'s?
On another note, I will be running strainers on both filers, and I want to run an inline filter, prior to the regulator. Any preferences?
