You will need a Aeromotive 13204 regulator to get the correct fuel pressure. You will also have to have a minimum return line size of 3/8". If it was my car I would go to a 1/2" return line incase I went with a bigger pump in the future.

Holley carbs usually like 7.5 psi at idle.
What is the intended use of the car? HP goal? Nitrous? etc....
An efi pump will need a big return line or you may have trouble keeping the
fuel pressure low enough.
I would suggest a -08 return to keep things happy.
The Aeromotive website has some good charts to explain the required regulator setup.

If your car has a flow and return line, then it will work just fine.
Ive ran turbocharged carburetted cars using efi pumps on 8mm OD feed and return lines before, with no problems whatsoever.
