Lightbulb 26lbs to 28lbs Question

Guys,

I currently have the 26lbs and will be dropping in a set of the 28lbs.

I had the car tuned last yr with HP tuners and it's running good.

What can I expect if I just drop them in without re tunning? Currently I think my car is around 370-380rwhp.

The whole point of this swap is a HSW dry kit coming soon. Will be doing a 75hp shot, I will get the HSW controller to go with it.

Anything I need to consider or think about?

Thanks!

i personally would have grabbed some 32# or 36# injectors just for extra capable power later.

you will want to re-tune, your car will run rich. HOWEVER, as you are going from 26 to 28 it may not run very rich...BUT the point is you will still want to get it re-tuned

yea i believe (correct me if im wrong guys) that your cars computer doesn't sense how big your injectors are. Bacially its just gonna spray out fuel according to what ever percentage of the injectors capasity you have dialed in your tune. so 80% duty cycle on a 26lbs injector is less fuel than 80% on a 28lbs injector. so yea ur gonna want to retune so u don't run too rich. prolly not too rich where u will hurt anything just lose power.

OK, wish I could find a local HP tuner in Corpus Christi or surrounding area.
