Ideas for intake swap? Does anyone know how hard it is to swap a LS6 intake? Do you have to drop the motor or can you do it without? Any links to websites that have instuctions would really help!

Re: Ideas for intake swap? If you dont, and pull the intake off, the hose going to the brake booster will snap it in half if you are not careful. Takes 1 minute, saves a possible $30 mistake. Better safe than sorry.
Re: Ideas for intake swap? just take the hose off of the brake booster before pulling the intake out, this way you arent reaching behind the intake to get the hose off. good lil hint for yah, cut the sharp tips off of the clips that hold the rubber on the top of the cowl. ( the hood molding). it saves from cutting up your arms while reaching back.
