Default Pump not running, tank reads E

I just put about 5 gallons of fuel in the car, so I know it's not empty. The pump won't prime and the gauge reads E. I've swapped relays around, checked all the fuses I know to check, I'm lost. I'm pretty sure it's not a dead pump since it just quit all of a sudden. I'm pretty sure I'm losing power to the back. Any ideas on what to check?

Do you have you computer plugged in? If not, it will do what you are describing.

pull the FP fuse & complete the circuit by sticking a wire in where the fuse was.

That will tell you if the pump is good/bad....

If pump works this way, than maybe the the FP relay inside the PCM blew...
