ok. I have a lq9 that was involved in a small uderhood fire and melted some of the intake, fuel rail, and injectors. motor checked out fine but I need new intake setup.

ok. I have a 2005 5.3 and was going to swap intake setup over to the 6.0 and convert over to manual throttle with a computer from a 01 1500 with 5.3.

question is, will the computer and injectors from the 5.3 be enough for the hungry 6.0 to be driven normally.

if not, can I just upgrade to big injectors and just leave the 5.3 tune in it for now.

what size injectors will make up the difference?

 

anyone knosw this?

all I really need to know is what size injectors came in the 5.3 and the 6.0
