Default fuel pressure release

I have a newbie question. What is the best way to release the pressure from the fuel rails so I can remove the fuel lines to get to the valve covers? Sorry for the dumb question. I'm used to working on older cars. Thanks in advance

i usually unscrew the gas cap in the back, then place a rag by were i unhook the lines. Then i unhook the lines. it doesnt store a whole lot of pressure if the pumps arnt running- aka car off.
