Firstly, hello all. Long time reader, first time poster. So, I've got this LS1 installed in my car and I'm trying to start it, but I'm not getting fuel.

Here is what I know:


1) I am getting really good pressure at the rail
2) I am getting spark. It runs on start fluid
3) I am getting voltage on the injector plugs
4) My ODB scanner reads "fail"
5) I have double-checked all of the wiring I hooked up. The harness and ECU was done by a 3rd party.
6) My battery was low. Yesterday it was reading 12 V, but I charged it and it now reads 14.5 V.
7) Since charging the battery I tried the ODB scanner again and got the FAIL message again
8 ) Since charging the battery I have tried starting it and failed.
