PSI discrepancy..

PSI discrepancy.. Have 2 1/2 ton P/U's.. an 03 w/ a 5.3, and an 07 w/5.3.
I have just checked the fp on both. Both have totally stock fuel systems.
03 is at 3 bar.
07 is at 4 bar.
AIRC, both trucks should be at 4 bar..
1.Am I nuts, have CRS, or just plain stupid??
2.Or, all of the above???
3. The gauge is right, and 1&2 apply
