NW 90 MM TB and IAC...
I’m running a NW 90 MM TB/Wilson Elbow/Single Plane intake on my LT1. I’m having problems getting the car to idle. Looking at the scanner I can see the IAC counts moving and doing its job, but the IAC really wasn’t. When I pulled the IAC off the car, I saw that the pintle and spring shot off the end of the IAC and just laying in the end of the IAC passage. Is the LS1 IAC different from the LT1 so that the pintle doesn’t shoot off the end when the counts reach 160? Are the two physically different? There are two different part numbers for the LS and LT IAC’s. Just wondering before I go ahead and order a new IAC.
