Fuel Injector
I looked under the hood of my 01 Formula (LS6 Intake) the other day and noticed what I thought may be a symptom of an injector seal leaking. It looked basically like there was some type of liquid present around the injector and on the side of the intake. The car is original owner, 87k miles. I did H&C 20K miles ago, and don’t recall removing the injectors. The car is not a daily driver and during the weekend I do not notice any difference in performance or gas mileage. Is this a symptom of a leaky injector seal? And if so, would the following part fix my problem? (See below post) They’re cheap, and I just want to make sure I cover all the angles before I order. No need for a fuel upgrade, which is stock. Is it a good time to just by new OEM Injectors? (7 years 87k miles)
