Default Fixing Rearend

Hey guys i picked up a stock 10 bolt with 4.10 gears for my 94 formula and since then ive somehow bent an axle. Its driveable but because the one axle is slightly bent when driving the rotor wobbles just enought that it catches the caliper pins. So needless to say its PITA to listen to since is squeeks all time when you go for a drive. Im also assuming that this has a lot to do with a really bad vibration im receiving at highway speeds.

Would upgrading axles to something like Moser's make that much of a difference and be worth the cost? I have another set of stock axles that should be fine to replace but i thought should i upgrade or not? Plan on doing a full bearing kit while its apart and putting a t/a diff cover on to help 10 bolt as much as i can till i start doing h/c and upgrade to a 12 bolt down the road.

What do you think?

Sure it wasn't bent when you bought it? Maybe came from a car that was wrecked? They usually don't bend from horsepower they break! I would just put another factory axel in and hope for the best,,,,,also start saving for the 12 bolt!!!

Well the axles came out the rearend that was in the car when got it. I converted mine from a4-m6 and 2.73 to 4.10 so i picked up a new rearend that had a set of axles in it but they had arp wheel studs that were 2-3" long id assume for a set of drag wheels or something. So i just put the ones out of the old rearend in my new rear. It was fine untill it all of sudden the rear brakes started to squeel and i noticed the glazing on the out part of the rotor and sure enough the rotor wobbles enough that hits the caliper pins. Ill try out the axles out with the longer studs and swap them out and see what happens.
