best gearset for a 10bolt with cam I heard it's best to keep the stock gears if your going cam only. But i want to step up to a 4.10 gearset. is this ok? i'm putting an MS4 in a M6 car.

Your title is a trick question..
With a cam and M6, you're going to be planning on getting a new rear end very very soon. I wouldn't put money in a gear swap on the 10 bolt, but that's just me. As for gear selection, most M6 guys go 4.10's..
