Default Moser 9" question

I got a Moser 9" with the back brace in my car. I am having trouble getting the sway bar to work. I am able to get it mounted, but the sway bar is not "big" enough to work. Does anyone have any ideas what I could do to get a sway bar to work?

Also, add that it looks like unmodified u-bolts were used and that there is no back brace. Is that so?

The center part of the sway bar is hitting the axle the way that I can put modified bushing mounts on the axle.

The car is 97' Formula with a LS1 crate engine.

Thanks!

Do you mean the mounts you've got are too big for your swaybar?

It would be the same combination, whether it is an LT1 or an LS1 as far as the rear and the sway bar goes. Bob
