Default 3.73 -> 3.50

Do you guys think dropping from a 3.73 to a 3.50 would slow my car much? Noticeable? a lot?

What RPM are you trapping at now? Are you running out of gear so you want to go to a lower ratio?

I rarely drive the car, so no worries about gas mileage..hah

Yeah, running out of gear. I have a stock motor so I don't want to rev it to the sky, and with 17x11" rim, not many choices for tire size...I don't want to step up to a 28" and the 27" MT 295/45/17 look too narrow for an 11"

I figure, nitrous hits hard off the line anyways, probably wouldn't notice much of a difference with 3.50s.

This is just a thought but what about this: instead of swapping gears again, swap to better springs and hardened pushrods so you can rev to 6500-6800 safely? If, or rather when, you get a cam you will already have that done.
