Default 9'' Still vibrating

Got my driveshaft lenghtened and obviously balanced at a local place its definetly vibrating less but there is still some vibration. Im hoping/guessing setting the pinion angle is gonna solve all the vibration. This car had little 2 no vibration when I had the 10 bolt in. I ordered an adjustable phb so I can push the rear of the car over alittle as its alittle out but thats probably not going to do anything. Ive done a search on the best way to set the pinion angle but ive got a bunch of different results. I have the umi adjustable tunnel mounted torque arm from what I gathered the best way to set pinion angle make sure the car is level with the rearend loaded?
