Default Rear end Noise

I just changed my torque arm to an adjustable UMI full length. Before the install I noticed a little clunking noise when the car shifted to 2nd. After the install its more noticeable and there is some clunking when turning slow ie under 20MPH. Could this be because my pinion angle is off, my diff fluid needs to be changed with some new additive (60,000 miles on it) or do I have some other problem with the godly 7.5in rear

if its a clunking on decel and you have a torsen its probably the thrust block (torsens cross pin) clunking around within the carrier. The block is only clamped in place when under acceleration

But it seems to be getting worse espcially when I am decelerating and turning and sometimes even when I am just cruising around 25-35MPH. Oh yeah its an A4 if it makes a difference.

Whats the code for a torsen and is there a fix for the thrust block or is that just the way it is. Sorry don't know too much about rear ends most of my knowledge is in engines and suspension.
