best place for a drive shaft..
best place for a drive shaft.. i need a ds for my car the one i had built locally vibrates and im tired of the ******** telling me its ok.i thought about moser but just wanted a little input from you guys before i drop 300+ on a shaft.thanks,joe
Strange, $300 for a DOM 4130 chrome moly shaft, that bang for the buck cant be beat as far as I know. Most sponsors should be able to get you one.

I wonder how these two compare in weight, I'd imagine teh aluminum one bob has is notably lighter, and less rotating mass is always a good thing! Anyone know what the strange shafts weigh in at?
The alum driveshaft is indeed lighter, I'm not sure what the difference is though. Aluminum driveshafts tend to transfer fewer vibrations from the drivetrain to the passenger compartment. Bob
